1 Cup Granulated sugar
8 Tbsp (1 stick) of butter - room temp, this will make things a lot easier for you-
2 eggs
3 ripe bananas
1 Tbsp of milk
1 tsp of ground cinnamon
2 Cups of flour
1 tsp of baking powder
1 tsp of baking soda
1 tsp of salt
Alrighty, now is where we cook!
Pre-heat that oven of yours to a spectacular 325 degrees (F)
grease your bread pan (9x5x13) with butter or that spray stuff (Pam ;) ) and set aside
Mix together the sugar and butter until fluffy and creamy, and start adding the eggs. -one at a time, and make sure they are mixed in there good-
In a small bowl mash the bananas with a fork, potato masher, meat tenderizer or whatever you can get your hands on :D. Then mix in the milk and cinnamon.
In another bowl mix the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
Add the banana mixture with the creamed mixture of the sugar, eggs and butter. Slowly add in the dry ingredient mixture. But only until all of the flour is mixed in.
Pour the completed mixture into your pan and bake for 1 hour/ 1 hour and 10 minutes.
hint: If you stick a toothpick in it and it comes out clean, your bread is done
Set aside and cool for a few minutes, until you can handle it anymore and just HAVE to eat some.
